Desiring your flesh as we lay intertwined in our silence
Our bodies collide exposing distance between you and I
We aligned ourselves to new frequencies and lost our control of our prophecies
Erase me
You and I were woken by the sun
Only to find our bodies exposed and our seems decomposing
You and I were swallowed by a drought
And took shelter in the warmth only to find there was nothing between us at all
We both knew that I was no good
It was only a matter of time until I showed my true colors
And you lost yours as a result of being someone you're not
Where did you go, where did you go
I found myself wanting to leave but you made me believe that my feet weren't strong enough to walk away
So I had to learn to forgive myself for the things that I cant control and let things go, and I will rise
I'm gonna find the better things
I'm gonna find a better life
I will rise
I gotta know, you gotta know
I always miss you when I'm with you
But most of all, I miss loving myself

Hearing the songs while reading the narrative behind the lyrics, I felt overwhelmed by this tragic story in which humans and artificial intelligence couldn't coexist side by side. Their reciprocal annihilation was inevitable. Except one "sole survivor, in a ship filled with memories. She had become the proof of Earth, proof that life had existed there, a voice for all the species and beauty we once knew". A dystopian concept dressed up in brilliant musicianship! @Slevin, thanks, I owe it to you! Umbra Cornuta
